The Client Agreement will supersede these Terms in the event of any conflict.
Payment and Fees:

The Photographer retains all rights to the photographs taken during the photography service, including copyright and the right to use the photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in the Client Agreement.

Image Delivery and Retention:

As part of the Photo Alchemy Program, students will have access to a password-protected Program Area, hosted on a third-party platform: Circle. This platform will provide a Program Area that will include video, audio, and written lessons, templates, worksheets, and other training and support information.
You shall have access to this Program Area for as long as the Program Area exists. In the event that the Quarter Moon Studio intends to close the Program Area, it shall provide students with a 30-day notice and the ability to download the resources contained in the Program Area. Periodically we will make updates to the core program which is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials.
Fees:
For access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees:
A single payment of $699 (due upon purchase), 3 payments of $235 or 6 payments of $120. (All prices are in USD). You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Quarter Moon Studio will immediately suspend your access to the Program.
Refund Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and the Quarter Moon Studio provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Photo Alchemy Program. Watch the videos in Module 1 and complete the given assignments, and in the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 7 days of the first module being released, contact Melissa Keyser at hello@thequartermoonstudio.com and let them know you’d like a refund by the 7th day at 3:59pm EST.
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the date of Module 1 release. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
Once your refund request has been approved, I will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund, you will no longer have access to the course materials. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, presets, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, and any other resources provided.

You shall have access to this Membership Area for as long as the Membership Area exists, unless you or we terminate your subscription. In the event that Company intends to close the Membership Area, it shall provide clients with a 30 day notice.
Fees:
For access to the Membership, You agree to pay the quarterly or monthly fees listed on the checkout page for the Membership you choose.
The Company will lock in your quarterly or monthly payment amount for Your future Membership payments, even if we increase our prices in the future, so long as you continue to be an active subscriber without interruption in your Membership. However, if You or we terminate Your subscription at any time and You re-subscribe at a later date, You must purchase a new subscription at the current price.
Recurring monthly payments are due and will be charged to your card on the same calendar day each month or quarter (if, for example, you sign up on April 12, your card will be charged again on May 12, June 12, and so on). If You choose monthly payments, you agree to continue making a monthly payment until you request a cancellation according to the Cancellation Policy set forth below, or until we terminate your subscription. Cancellation Policy:

As part of the Photo Alchemy Program, students will have access to a password-protected Program Area, hosted on a third-party platform: Circle. You shall have access to this Program Area for as long as the Program Area exists.
